Barn Disinfection
H2E activated water achieves 99% E. coli inactivation in 30 seconds at room temperature through direct cell membrane penetration — up to 100× more efficient than osmotic-pressure approaches used by ordinary water. Applied via fogging systems or spray equipment, it covers all surfaces including hard-to-reach areas, with no ventilation delay required and no residue on feed or water systems.
Airborne Pathogen Control
Fine-mist fogging of catalytic ionized water throughout barn air space disrupts airborne microbial populations and eliminates the flying insect vectors (mosquitoes, flies) that spread disease between animals. ROS generation targets pathogen cell structures while being non-toxic to livestock at operational concentrations — skin irritation index 0.02, LD₅₀ > 5,000 mg/kg.
